At this time, all sales are final at time of checkout. We do not offer refunds. Sizing measurements are provided under item's description--please read carefully read before ordering. An exchange will only be issued where an item is deemed faulty beyond repair. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and all included materials received from Sixth Gem be included. Your order will be handled and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase, except weekends and US holidays. A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipping. We will not be able to refund you due to us fulfilling the order, you will need to contact your local post office to open a case of mission item. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
At this time, Sixth Gem is offering international shipping to Canada only. Shipping rates will be applied to international orders. We are not responsible for any customs fees inquired upon delivery.
